Back Cover

The prophecy contained in the scroll wasn't widely known because of the future it foretold. It was a future filled with war, death, magic and the destruction of an ancient civilization.

They may be the Shadow-seer and the Earth-master foretold to bring about the beginning of the end but only if they can overcome all that has been forbidden.

Scene #1 that ALMOST got submitted to the Championship

This is one of the scenes I was considering for the Sex Scene Championship. It is a shortened version of the first time Niall and Rhiannon come together in Shadow Dance.

Enjoy!

She woke from the dream to find her own hand gently kneading the moist flesh between her legs. She wanted him to the point of need and she was tired of tiptoeing around it with him. If nothing else, she could get him out of her system.

She crept to the door linking their adjoining chambers and gently began pulling it open. Peeking in she could hear nothing but his deep breathing. When her eyes found him she saw his firm chest rising and falling as if laboring to breathe after a long run and glistening in the moonlight with a light dusting of moisture. A movement caught her eye and her gaze moved to his waist where the sheet was gathered to reveal the low V of his muscular stomach, leading her gaze directly to a dark nest of soft curls and the source of the movement.

Niall's arm snaked under the light hemp cloth and was moving up and down in a slow, steady rhythm along a rather alarming length. Her eyes shot to his face where she found a moisture inducing smile on a soft sleeping face. He was truly magnificent and in the light of the Goddess he seemed somehow unreal and transient. She had to go to him; there was no longer any doubt in her mind that this was the time, place and man for her first offering.

Niall’s eyes drifted open slightly and what he saw nearly made him come undone while he was sure he must still be sleeping, having merely moved into a new dream. His angel was gliding closer, her gossamer gown seeming to dance around her graceful form, hugging her delicious curves and offering veiled glimpses of the heaven it hid. The longer he watched her, as the seconds stretched like minutes, the more he was sure this must be a dream that would flee if he truly opened his eyes.

The Goddess’ full moon lit her in soft muted colors and shadows, further enhancing the soft curves he needed to feel against his hard planes. She finally reached his bed and stood over him watching his hand moving along his solid shaft with leisurely strokes of pleasure. He let a moan escape his lips and stilled when her gaze locked with his. He couldn't name all of the emotions that rapidly washed through her eyes but the one to settle in those midnight pools was the shining gleam of arousal.

“Rhia, come to bed, a stór, my precious.”

His large hands passed over her body with firm but gentle strokes. It was as if her body was an altar and loving her, his prayer. She felt her body heat and melt as he worshiped devotedly. Niall added his mouth to the mix almost immediately, kissing and dragging his tongue along the back of her neck. His hands began shifting her gown higher as he pressed the hard length of him into the soft heat of her backside. A groan escaped his lips, filled with pleasure, pain and longing, when he found she was already bare beneath the thin fabric.

Goddess, help me hold on, Niall offered up the silent plea as the groan left his lips. The siren-angel in his arms had come to him prepared.
